About us

We incorporated in [ano] to preserve and disseminate the life and work of Conlon Nancarrow and Juan O’Gorman. Espacio Nancarrow O’Gorman’s mission is to promote Nancarrow’s and O’Gorman’s artistic contributions in contemporary culture. Our goal is to faciltate the exchange of ideas and new perspectives in music, architecture, painting and sculpture that take place in Mexico City at Espacio Nancarrow O’Gorman and at instititutions around the world.

Our collaborative team is under the directorship of Adriana Sandoval, Executive Director an architectural historian specializing the work of Juan O’Gorman. Makato Nancarrow, the son of the composer, also serves on the board. Other board members include composers and artists from Mexico, Japan, England and the United States
